1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nagabet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nagabet website at nagabet.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to the nagabet Casino, sportsbook, slots, rewards programmes, and customer account features.

By registering an account on nagabet, by accessing any area of the nagabet platform that requires a login, or by placing any bet or wager through the nagabet service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nagabet platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the nagabet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nagabet.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to nagabet and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the nagabet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, minor, or legally incapacitated individual.
• You are not a professional player, affiliate, or partner of nagabet engaging in bonus abuse or arbitrage activity.
• You are not a current employee, director, or immediate family member of a nagabet employee or business partner.

nagabet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified age may be withheld subject to investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold one (1) nagabet account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, different names, or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

When registering your nagabet account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nagabet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. nagabet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All nagabet transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nagabet accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, FPX, and bank transfer. nagabet does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods registered to third parties.

Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the nagabet deposit page at the time of your transaction and are subject to change. nagabet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by nagabet to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. nagabet targets a processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts, though actual transfer times may be affected by your payment provider's own processing schedule. nagabet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

nagabet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns. nagabet may request supporting documentation in such cases before processing a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nagabet offers various bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting through bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and collusion between players — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, cancellation of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

nagabet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of exploitation, technical error, or where continuation of the promotion is no longer commercially viable.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed through the nagabet sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to each product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

nagabet reserves the right to void any bet where it is established that: (a) a technical error affected the outcome; (b) the bet was placed based on information that was unavailable to other players at the time; (c) the bet was placed in error at incorrect odds; or (d) the relevant event was cancelled or declared void under applicable sporting rules.

In the case of live sportsbook betting, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Delays in data transmission may occasionally result in bets being placed at odds that no longer reflect the current market state; nagabet reserves the right to void such bets where the discrepancy is material.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nagabet platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Collusion with other players or with nagabet staff
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions through a new or duplicate account
• Any form of chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith after a legitimate transaction

nagabet cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime and fraud. Information relating to suspected illegal activity may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nagabet platform — including but not limited to the nagabet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of nagabet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nagabet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any nagabet content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the nagabet platform, including losses arising from system downtime, game result disputes, payment delays, or third-party service failures.

nagabet's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's nagabet account at the time the relevant claim arose.

nagabet makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or defect. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

10. Responsible Gaming

nagabet is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. All players are encouraged to set personalised deposit limits, loss limits, and session time restrictions through their nagabet account settings. These tools are available at all times and take effect immediately upon configuration.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply a temporary cooling-off period or a longer self-exclusion through their account. During a self-exclusion period, nagabet will block login access and suppress all promotional communications to the excluded player. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the selected period.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

nagabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: verified or suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, nagabet reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any withheld funds will be returned to the player via an approved payment method.

A player may request voluntary closure of their nagabet account at any time by contacting the nagabet support team via live chat. Pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and nagabet, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the nagabet customer support team via live chat or the support email address.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to independent dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures applicable under the relevant gaming authority oversight framework under which nagabet operates.

The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English. nagabet's records and transaction logs shall constitute prima facie evidence of all activity on the platform in the event of a dispute.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nagabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their nagabet account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for security, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the nagabet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
